Terms and Conditions for the Lottery of GotoSailing.com

1. Raffle, Conditions of Participation

   1. The participation period is between 01 January 2020 and 30 April 2020. The closing date for entries is 30 April 2020, 12:00 CET.
   2. The organizer of the competition and responsible for the planning, organization and realization is GotoSailing.com B.V., Weipoortseweg 34, 2381 NC Zoeterwoude, the Netherlands.
   3. The participation in this competition and its implementation are subject to the following provisions. By participating in the competition you confirm that you
      • agree to these conditions of participation.
      • in the event of your winning, agree to the publication of your name and place of residence country on the Internet.
      • agree to give open consent to receive emails from GotoSailing.com about this lottery and other offers/services of GotoSailing.com.

2. Participation, Conditions of Participation, Exclusions

   1. Participation to the raffle is free of charge.
   2. All real people who are 18 years or older at the date of application are eligible to participate. Employees of GotoSailing.com B.V. and its affiliated companies as defined in §15 AktG are not eligible to participate in this raffle.
   3. In the lottery, one main prize and two additional prizes will be drawn. A person takes part in the raffle by selecting the correct answer in the selection menu on the website and by agreeing to these terms and conditions the first time they participate and then clicking the "Submit" button.
   4. Participation is limited with one time only per email address. For participating to the raffle, above procudure is enough, no further tasks will be reuired.
   5. GotoSailing.com B.V. has the right to exclude participants who are suspected of violating these conditions of participation or manipulating the raffle, and if necessary to withdraw and reclaim any prizes.

3. Processing of the lottery, prizes

   1. Among the participants taken into account in each case in accordance with point 2.C, the decision shall be made by drawing lots, ensuring the random principle. The judges' decision is final.
   2. A total of 3 winners will be drawn who will win the material prizes presented in the entry.
   3. The winners will be notified by e-mail after the end of the competition.
   4. If a winner does not respond to the notification within 2 weeks regarding the acceptance/claim of the prize, GotoSailing.com will contact the winner again and set a reasonable time limit for acceptance/claim. If the winner does not make a declaration within this period, the claim to the prize will be void without compensation. The right to win is not transferable. Any winnings not claimed by the redemption date specified in each case shall be forfeited. GotoSailing.com B.V. does not guarantee that the prize can actually be claimed by the winner. A cash payout, change or exchange of the winnings is not possible.

   5. The winnings are staggered accordingly

      1st prize: The prize includes a charter trip with a total value of 3000 Euro

      • 3000 Euro charter voucher
      • Free choice of ship and destination

      2nd prize: The prize includes a charter trip with a total value of 2000 Euro

      • 2000 Euro charter voucher
      • Free choice of ship and destination

      3rd prize: The prize includes a charter trip with a total value of 1000 Euro

      • 1000 Euro charter voucher
      • Free choice of ship and destination
   6. The prize is exclusive of arrival/departure. The prize includes only the components advertised in the prize description.
   7. The winner and his/her accompanying person must ensure that they have a valid passport and - if necessary (non-EU citizens) - a valid visa. Should a visa be required, this is to be arranged by yourself and at your own expense. The winner and his/her accompanying person are responsible for their own travel insurance and entry formalities.

4. Data protection notice

   1. GotoSailing.com B.V. collects personal information (name, date of birth, country and e-mail address) when you enter the competition. The personal data will be stored by GotoSailing.com B.V. and used for the purpose of determining and processing winnings and for GotoSailing.com offers and is subject to our privacy policy.
   2. The participant has the right at any time to request information regarding or correction of his data in accordance with the legal requirements and can withdraw his consent to the processing of the data at any time by e-mail to [email protected] with effect for the future.

5. Exclusion of liability

   GotoSailing.com B.V. reserves the right to discontinue (even without prior notice) the availability of this website in whole or in part or to restrict access to it in whole or in part. GotoSailing.com B.V. does not accept any responsibility for the fact that these internet pages can be used at any time and/or without interruption.

6. Miscellaneous

   These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participant and GotoSailing.com B.V. are subject to the laws of the European Union with the exception of its conflict of laws provisions.

   Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions shall remain unaffected.
